After placing your order, there is a processing time of 2-3 business days. Once your order ships a confirmation email will be sent with your tracking information. Packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. If an order is processed after packages are received by the mail carrier, it will be shipped out the following business day.

Free Domestic Shipping
Orders subtotal must be $50 + after all discounts or coupons have been applied to qualify for free standard shipping. U.S. orders only.
After Hours and Holiday Processing
Orders placed after hours or on a holiday will be shipped within the following 2-3 business days.
Order Fulfillment
To guarantee that your package is correctly delivered and you obtain your order within the time frame advertised above, please make sure your address, phone number and email are fully entered and correct. We do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
Once shipped, packages are no longer our responsibility. Please contact the mail carrier for any questions regarding lost/stolen items. If a package is deemed lost/stolen by the carrier, please contact us with the claim number so a replacement can be resent (if in stock) or a store credit can be issued. No refunds will be processed.
If the package is returned non-deliverable, a $10 fee will apply to reship.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancelling or Editing Orders
To ensure you receive your package in the guaranteed time frame, we cannot edit or cancel orders after they are placed.
