No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be processed. 

 In the event that a package is deemed lost or stolen by the mail carrier, please contact us with the claim number so a replacement can be resent (if in stock) or a store credit can be issued.

To ensure you receive your package in the guaranteed time frame, we cannot edit or cancel orders after they are placed.
